We use an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) to summarise applications, check them for completeness and consistency, and suggest questions for our reviewer. The model is instructed to consider only job-relevant information and to ignore protected characteristics. Every decision about your application is made by a person on our team. You can ask us for the summary produced about your application.
On our secure application server and database, hosted in the United States. Uploaded files are stored with your application and shown only to our hiring team.
Unfinished applications are deleted after 30 days. Applications we don't move forward with are deleted after 12 months. Active installers' records are kept for the duration of the working relationship.
